DECORATION: Italínea celebrates 25 years with the publication of an unpublished cookbook

Consolidated as the largest network of planned furniture stores in Latin America, the brand aims, with this action, to promote Brazilian gastronomy while paying homage to its history

In 2022, Italínea, the largest network of planned furniture in Latin America, is 25 years old and remains a leader in the segment with more than 700 stores nationwide. Thinking about it, to celebrate the date, launches the 3rd edition of the cookbook of Grandma Italina, grandmother of the president of the brand Ricardo Farina, and great inspiration for all who are part of this story, Grandma had a huge talent for gastronomy, giving life to delicious dishes that gathered the whole family around the table.

 

Produced under the curatorship of chef Rodrigo Bellora, creator of the Concept Of Nature Kitchen, which rethinks and recreates gastronomy, the book has 25 recipes typical of the five Brazilian regions – North, Northeast, South, Southeast and Midwest – chosen in order to facilitate the geolocation of ingredients. In addition, Rodrigo gathered tips for a more practical handling and preparation of dishes.

 

Three thousand kits with cake shapes, fouet, apron, glove, and of course, the book, were also produced to gift friends and partners. Each Italínea store in Brazil will also receive one of these kits.
